A large and imposing mountain that towers above Kakariko Village. Death Mountain was once the home to the Gorons though, after Ganondorf took control, their mountain was invaded and their kind enslaved. Death Mountain was secured and patrolled by the Gerudo for years, though in the recent centuries their attentiveness has waned with no sign of any activity inside the mountain. The mountain itself is barren and devoid of most life, though the few creatures that do roam it are incredibly vicious.
