HEALTH Health is an 'invisible' stat here, meaning that there will be no visible bar for a player to watch. Instead there are four levels - FULL, TIRED, INJURED, and DEAD. When a player is participating in a mission or an event thread staff will periodically post to update their health level based off of what has happened in the thread so far.
In order to gain back health a character simply needs to consume a health item, or finish a thread. Finishing a thread automatically bumps their health level back up one - however, this will not affect mission or event threads that are already in play.
Note that health levels do not have to match up with 'story damage'. No one loves to torture their characters and put them through pain more than your staff here does so we understand the desire to force a character to suffer through with a broken limb. As long as an item is used their health level will increase but they do not have to ICly recover at that time.
