Havanna, California; a place that was once considered once of the worst cities in America. For centuries, Havanna had been the place where all your worst nightmares came true. Theft, murder, drugs - Havanna saw it all; a coastal city of horrors. However, this all changed in 1952. No one knew what happened. Havanna had suddenly had an upturning with the election of their new city mayor after the sudden and unexpected death of their former mayor. Havanna grew into a wealthy city and earned itself a new name as the City of Dreams. It seemed you could have everything here, not to mention it's beautiful location on the coast. Havanna was at it's peak by the year 1960. The changes had come so quickly that questions began to hum throughout the streets. How had a man managed to fix an entire city deemed beyond repair in less than ten years? Even more importantly, where had the city obtained all of the money from? Rumors sparked, lies were spread, and eventually careful murders came to surface in Havanna. This plagued the city for only two months before becoming dust in the wind. It was the Havanna Slaughter of 1973 that caught everyone's attention. As the years had passed, many residents had moved - mostly the new generation when they turned 18, though some stuck around until their parents passed. Others claimed the open houses with glee. A large, beautiful house on the rich coast seemed like a dream. For some new residents, this was no dream. Under the nose of the public, two groups - The Brotherhood and The Blood Brothers - had infiltrated Havanna to take over it's cities powers. With the condition Havanna had been in, it had been an easy target for the assassin groups. It was the Brotherhood that had control of Havanna, and the Blood Brothers who wanted it. They lived among the public in complete secrecy. Having normal, every day lives as a camouflage. Even the Blood Brothers managed to blend in. It was them who cause the Slaughter of 1973, killing many of Havanna's citizens. While the Brotherhood did act and leave many of the Blood Brothers dead, the body count was no where near close to the 1,427 Havanna citizens. 1,447 counting the Blood Brothers. 1, 461 when adding the Brotherhood. For a moment, Havanna stood still in it's shock before it broke. Havoc broke, and an all out war between the Brotherhood and the Blood Brothers waged, leaving many dead in their wake. Outnumbered, the Blood Brothers withdrew themselves, though over the years, some have managed to sneak back into the city. Havanna still stands under control of the Brotherhood, living up to it's name as the City of Dreams. But it seems that the Blood Brothers have found a choke hold. What happens next is up to you.
